About Ocean Park

Our History
Ocean Park was settled on what was originally the ancestral land of the Abenaki people.
In 1881, it was organized as a family summer encampment community affiliated with the Free Will Baptists.  The Ocean Park Association has done a beautiful job telling the story of the history. Read more here

Special Directions

Please be careful when following directions to 9 Wes Tioga Avenue in your GPS system. Waze seems to get it right, but Apple and Google Maps do not. When coming from 195, bear to the right onto Temple Avenue. Please do not take Temple Avenue all the way down to Grand Street. Instead, after crossing the train tracks, look for Guild Park on your left-hand side. Once you pass the park, take the first left onto Free Street and W Tioga is the last right hand turn you can make off Free St. We are the second-to-last house on the right side.

Parking

The driveway is huge, allowing you to pull up to the front patio but also extends to the backyard and shed for easy access and unloading after a day at the beach.
